Hi everyone, I canceled my subscription last week and I'm now unable to access it. I've been trying to reach support for the past few days without any luck. I really need to reactive the subscription and retrieve some important files from my virtual machine. What's the best way to handle this situation?

Once a subscription is canceled, access is usually cut off, and in many cases, the data is lost unless they have a specific retention policy in place. You should confirm with support about their policies.
Unfortunately, it might not be retrievable. Typically, data is preserved for a certain period after cancellation, so you may still have a chance to get it back.
Did you cancel it yourself or was it done by someone else? If it was your decision, it might be recoverable. Otherwise, the cancellation could be part of a directory clean-up by your company.
