Yeah, good deal! If you’re considering a new build, the AMD 7600X is a solid choice for the AM5 platform. If you’re sticking with AM4, pretty much any recent CPU should be fine, especially if it's a 5000 series AMD or 12th gen Intel. But if you're looking for something a bit more budget-friendly, a 5600X could work well too.
I think that's a fair price for the 4070. Regarding the CPU, what do you have right now? It might help to know your current setup to give better advice.
