Hey everyone! I recently factory reset my PC, and I had previously upgraded to Windows 11 for free without any issues. Windows was activated and running perfectly. But after the reset, I can't seem to reactivate my license even though I'm logged into the same Microsoft account as before. I've got my activation key, but it doesn't work. I also tried the troubleshooter, but it says "Unsupported version. These devices were registered with a version of Windows 10 that does not support this feature." Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What kind of factory reset did you do? If you used the built-in reset option, it sometimes messes things up, especially with activation. I highly suggest doing a clean install instead. That usually solves these activation problems.

I did use the built-in reset. Not sure what to try next, though. I've tried so many things already!
