Dell Windows 11 Computers Stuck in Boot Loop – Help Needed!

Recently, several clients have reported similar issues with different models of Dell desktops running Windows 11 Pro. Each time they power on the computer, the Dell logo appears, but the screen goes black shortly after. Then, it cycles back to the Dell logo repeatedly. There are no diagnostic LED patterns or beeping sounds to guide us. We're wondering if this could be due to a failed Windows or driver update, but we haven't pinpointed which one. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Do all these machines have the same antivirus software? Also, can you perform a system restore using the Dell utility? As a last resort, you might consider wiping and reloading one to see if that helps. Since you're an MSP, being set up by the same tech or from the same reseller could be a factor. It might be worth getting one of the machines in hand to check for memory dumps and logs.

Yes, they all use the same antivirus, but if that's the cause, we could be in for trouble with over a thousand machines. We're troubleshooting remotely and plan to examine one this afternoon for more insights. Wiping and reloading is not our first option at this stage. Thanks for collaborating on this!

Have you checked the BIOS settings? If they're set to RAID, switching to AHCI might solve the boot loop problem.

Did anything change with these systems recently? It might help to retrace steps from there and see if you can spot a pattern.
