Hey everyone! I just built my first PC, and everything seemed fine until I reached the driver installation step to connect to the internet for the Windows installation. I'm using a ProArt B650 Creator motherboard and I've run into a concrete issue. I downloaded the necessary drivers onto a USB stick from the motherboard's website using my laptop. The stick is formatted as FAT32, and I made sure the appropriate .inf, .sys, and .cat files are directly on the stick (not in any folder). However, my PC isn't detecting the files at all—it just shows the USB as empty. I've tried a ton of fixes, but nothing seems to work. My next plan was to proceed without internet, but I can't find that option. My keyboard doesn't seem to be recognized unless I'm in boot mode, and I can't access the terminal since it's only working in Windows PE mode. Unfortunately, my motherboard doesn't have a PS/2 port for an old keyboard. I'm really at a loss here. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It looks like your keyboard only works partially, and that can be frustrating! Just to confirm, are you able to use your keyboard to navigate the Windows setup? If so, maybe try connecting the USB stick to a different port. Sometimes, certain ports don’t function well during the installation. Also, using the Windows Media Creation Tool to make the bootable USB might help avoid driver issues.

I did use the Windows Media Creation Tool, but I’ll give switching USB ports a try. Thanks!
