Can’t Access BIOS: Stuck on Splash Screen

I've been having some issues with my PC lately where I can't get into the BIOS anymore. It used to take a few tries, but now pressing keys like DEL, F10, or END just freezes the system on the splash screen, and I have to power it off manually. If I don't press any keys, Windows boots up just fine. I considered the BIOS chip might be dead, but since I can still boot into Windows, that seems unlikely.

Here are my specs: 9950X3D, Palit 5090, G Skill Trident Z5 32x2 DDR5 6000mt/s, X870E Aorus Elite Wifi 7. I've already tried several troubleshooting steps:

- Cleared the CMOS by shorting the jumper
- Used the Q-Flash Plus Utility with different BIOS versions (but GCC doesn't show my BIOS info)
- Removed all peripherals except a different keyboard
- Took out one RAM stick
- Used a different monitor via the motherboard's HDMI
- Accessed Windows recovery to select UEFI firmware settings
- Used the shutdown command that typically brings up the BIOS automatically.

I'm open to any other suggestions to avoid going through the long RMA process with Gigabyte.

Have you tried any software methods to access the BIOS that don't involve pressing keys? That might help determine if the issue is with the keyboard detection or something else altogether.
