I recently ordered two Acer Nitro 27 gaming monitors, but I'm having a problem—neither of them will turn on! I've checked the connections to ensure everything is plugged in securely, and I've tried several different power outlets. Despite this, the power light in the bottom right corner remains off. I'm really surprised that both monitors seem to be malfunctioning. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I might do to fix this? Thanks!

Just making sure—did you actually press the power button on the monitors? Sometimes it’s the simplest things. And if that’s done, maybe try swapping out the power cables if you can, but returning them might be the best option if nothing else works.
Did you get these monitors new or used? It seems pretty unlikely to receive two defective units at once, which is almost like winning the lottery in a bad way!
I bought them new from Amazon. I totally agree, it feels crazy that they could both be broken!

Haha, yes, I did press and hold the power button and even unplugged it for 30 seconds. I haven't tried other power cables yet; I'm not sure I have any, but returning them seems like the way to go.
