I'm in the Eastern US and experiencing serious slowness with NinjaOne. Is anyone else having trouble accessing their Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform?

Looks like I'm not alone. We're also down here. Some of our team managed to log in but others were completely locked out. Checking their status page shows US is marked as degraded.
I've been getting errors trying to log in too! Downdetector is showing widespread problems right now.
I’m in the Pacific Northwest, and everything's running smooth for me. No issues here, even had a remote connection open all morning!
Yeah, I've heard the support team is aware of the situation and is working on it. They should be providing updates soon!
