I've been using VS Code for coding in Python for a while now, but I'm starting to feel like it may not be the best option anymore. I'm on the lookout for better alternatives that could enhance my coding experience. Any recommendations?

If you want something a bit different, you could try Zed. I've been really enjoying it; it's become my favorite! It worked seamlessly for me right away.
Honestly, PyCharm is just fantastic! You can even customize shortcuts to be similar to VS Code if you want. It's known for being great out-of-the-box for Python.
Have you had specific issues with VS Code, or is it just not meeting your needs anymore? A lot of people rave about PyCharm Professional; it's highly regarded for Python development.
I've heard good things about Wingware Pro too, especially for those who are in it for the long haul. It has some nice features for Python development.
Neovim is also a solid choice if you're comfortable with a bit of a learning curve. It's powerful, but definitely requires some setup and tweaking to get it just right.
