I recently bought a 5070 Ti at MSRP without much thought, as the 9070 XT was priced higher at the time. Now that the 9070 XT is available at MSRP, I'm wondering if I should return my 5070 Ti and switch to the 9070 XT, especially since I'd save around $150. I know both cards perform similarly in rasterized 4K gaming, but I'm curious about the differences in ray tracing and DLSS. Is the performance gap, particularly with FSR 4 compared to DLSS and ray tracing capabilities, worth the extra $150?

Ultimately, it’s up to you whether those differences justify the price. Think about what matters more to you in terms of features and performance.
Honestly, this question pops up all the time! If both cards are close in price, I would recommend sticking with the 5070 Ti for now.
How much is that $150 worth to you? If it’s a tight budget and you'd have to skip meals, definitely return the card. Otherwise, if you don’t need the cash right away, it might be worth keeping the 5070 Ti.
I’d suggest keeping the 5070 Ti. It might be tempting to switch, but you’d likely miss out on the features that come with the 70 Ti if you let it go.
