I recently bought a product key online, and after entering it, I got a message saying it didn't work and I should try again or get a new one. I purchased from electronicfirst.com before, and everything went smoothly, but now I'm stuck. Can anyone help me out?

I'd suggest getting in touch with the place where you bought it. They need to sort this out for you.
You should reach out to the seller directly and let them know about the issue. They should be able to provide you with a new key.
It sounds like the key might already be used or could be invalid. Definitely contact their support for a new one or consider purchasing a different key.
There's a chance this might be a KMS or volume key that's been sold to multiple people. Microsoft likely blocked it after noticing unauthorized use. Keep trying to get a valid key from the seller, or buy an official key from a trusted source. It's worth the investment to avoid issues later on.

I've reached out to them, but no response yet. I read online that I should contact Microsoft, but I can't because my WiFi is down—kind of a catch-22 here since I can't troubleshoot without internet access. My phone's hotspot isn't working with my PC either, so I'm really stuck.
