Trouble Getting My RTX 3060 to Power On

I recently purchased an RTX 3060, but when I connected it to my computer, it wouldn't turn on at all—the fans didn't even spin. I initially thought it might be broken, but after testing it at my cousin's house on both his PC and another work PC, it still didn't show any issues there. I've updated the BIOS and even swapped out the power supply with his, yet I can't seem to get the card to work on my setup. Interestingly, his RX 580 works perfectly fine on my PC.

You mentioned your power supply is 650W, which is great, but ensure it's connected properly to the GPU. Sometimes reseating the card can help too. Also, verify that your motherboard supports the RTX 3060, as some older boards might have compatibility issues.

Hey! Have you checked if your power supply has the right 8-pin power cable for the RTX 3060? It's also vital that it has enough wattage; ideally, you want at least 550W for that card. Since your PSU is 650W, you should be good on that front, but it's worth double-checking those connections.
