Help! My PC Keeps Freezing and I’ve Got No Signal After Restarting

Hey everyone! I'm not super tech-savvy, so I'm hoping you can help me out with a problem I've been having with my gaming PC. I've taken it to two different repair shops, but they couldn't replicate the issue, so I'm at a loss. My PC is almost 5 years old, and I've even tried using a new monitor, but the freezing problem still happens. I primarily play games like Roblox and Minecraft. The freezing seems really random, and it's hard to predict when it will happen. Once it freezes, it becomes almost impossible to boot it back up. When I try to turn it on again, the monitor shows a "no signal" message, even though the fans keep running and I can still hear audio. I've tried several solutions like switching power outlets, changing cables, and moving it from the carpet to a desk, but nothing works. I had the PC cleaned out, and someone mentioned it could be an issue with the video card, but I wouldn't know how to check that. I'm about to give up and sell the PC if I can't figure this out! Also, I have a video of the issue, which I managed to link before it expires. Thanks for any advice!

Definitely sounds frustrating! If you're hearing audio, that might point to the GPU since the system seems to be running. Have you tried reseating the GPU? Sometimes just taking it out and putting it back in can help with connectivity issues.

I had a similar issue once, and it turned out to be a faulty GPU. I recommend using a different graphics card if you have one available, just to see if that could be causing the problem. It's worth checking out, especially since the freezing can happen with different monitors.

It sounds like you might be dealing with a GPU or power supply (PSU) issue. Have you checked the wattage of your PSU? It's important because if it's underpowered for your GPU, that could cause freezing. Try to find the PSU label – it should have the wattage listed there.
