Choosing Between Ryzen 7 5700G and Ryzen 5 5600X for My First PC Build

Hey everyone! I'm in the process of building my first PC from scratch, but I'm having some doubts about the processor. I'm trying to decide between the Ryzen 7 5700G, which has integrated graphics (important since I don't have a dedicated graphics card yet), and the Ryzen 5 5600X, with plans to buy an RX 6600XT later. I'm using an Asrock B550m Pro Se motherboard. I've done a lot of reading, but it's just making me more confused. I'd appreciate any advice you can give! Thanks! <3

Just a heads up, only the 'G' variants in the Ryzen 5000 series come with integrated graphics. You can choose the 5600 or 5600X, but keep in mind you won't be able to use it until you get a dedicated GPU. If you're unsure about waiting for the 5600X, the 5700G might be the better option since it can get you up and running right away!

That's exactly my dilemma! I'm just trying to figure out if waiting for the 5600X is worth it or if I should go for the 5700G.

If you're looking to save a bit, consider this alternative setup instead:
- RX 6600 ~ around $200
- Ryzen 5 5500 ~ roughly $80
- B450M/A520M motherboard ~ approximately $60
- 2x8GB 3200MHz RAM ~ about $25
This could potentially get you a decent performance at a lower cost if availability is good in your area!

Where did you find those prices? They're quite different from what I've seen in my country. Thanks for the info!
