I'm using an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X CPU paired with a 5070 Ti GPU, and I'm curious if this CPU will bottleneck my GPU. Are there certain resolutions or games where this might be a problem?

It all comes down to the game, resolution, and settings. In about 95% of situations, you probably won't notice any significant bottlenecking.
In some CPU-heavy games, yes, it might be a bottleneck. But in most other situations, this combo works pretty well.
Bottlenecks can be a bit nuanced. Generally, this pairing is solid. An X3D variant might perform better in specific scenarios, but it really depends on the games you play and how you like to play them.
The combination of the 7600X and 5070 Ti is good. I have an Intel Core i9-12900k with the same GPU and play at 1440p with great results. The 7600X even outperforms my CPU in certain benchmarks, so don't stress too much about it.
I have the same setup, and everything runs smoothly for me, especially since I play in 4K. That might make a difference.
At 1080p, there might be some slight bottlenecking, but at 1440p and 4K, you should be fine—again, it really varies by game.

I'm not an expert on these things. Can you explain why it would bottleneck at lower resolutions but not at higher ones?
