I'm in charge of migrating an Exchange Server 2016 from a Windows Server 2012 R2 to a 2016 server, with plans to eventually upgrade to Exchange 2019 or 2022. I've already backed up the necessary mailbox contents, but I'm not sure about the specific steps for setting up the new server. With CommVault supporting Exchange Database (DAG) backups, should I restore the database on the new server and then transfer the content? Any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
