I'm having a major issue with my PC—it just won't boot to the operating system. I've tried a bunch of things, like replacing the CMOS battery and resetting various settings. I also updated everything that I could think of. According to the BIOS, all the parts look fine. However, every time I restart, I keep getting a message saying 'all settings were reset to default values.' When I try to press F2, nothing happens, and I can only access the BIOS by pressing F1. I've tried changing the boot order multiple times, but I always end up back in the BIOS. Booting from a USB hasn't worked for me either. I'm really at a loss here and could use some help!

If you're still stuck in BIOS after that, double-check the boot options in the BIOS settings. Make sure your hard drive is set as the primary boot device. It might also help to check if the hard drive is recognized correctly in the BIOS. Sometimes, reseating the drive can solve the issue.
One simple fix you might try is unplugging all USB devices connected to your PC before attempting to boot. Sometimes peripherals can interfere with the boot process. After you remove them, see if your system can boot to the OS instead of going back to BIOS.
