I'm having an issue with my Windows 11 setup. Whenever I right-click on my desktop and try to select 'Personalize', a PowerShell window pops up and shows a bunch of errors, like saying 'The process 'ProcessHacker.exe' not found' and similar messages for other programs like 'taskmgr.exe' and 'Wireshark.exe'. I've run multiple malware scans and everything seems clean. This problem is really making it tough for me to use my PC since I can't access basic settings easily. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how it can be fixed? I'd really appreciate any help. My OS build is 26200.7171.

It sounds like your system might be trying to access some applications that aren't installed anymore. Have you checked if those programs like Process Hacker and Wireshark are actually on your machine? If they aren't, that could explain the errors you're seeing. You might also want to try running the DISM and SFC commands in a command prompt to fix corruption in your Windows installation. If that doesn't help, consider a repair installation of Windows using either the recovery options in settings or a bootable USB drive.
Quick check: do you actually have Process Hacker and Wireshark installed on your computer? Sometimes, if there are leftover registry entries from uninstalled programs, it can cause the system to look for them even if they're not there. Just a thought!
Just a heads up! If you're considering making changes to your BIOS or disk setup, double-check that you have backups of your data first. It’s better to be safe than sorry, especially before any major changes.
If you've already checked for malware and you're still facing this problem, I recommend looking into a repair installation. You can do this by going to Settings > System > Recovery and selecting the option for 'Reinstall now' under 'Fix problems using Windows Update'. Alternatively, you can create a USB drive with Windows installation files and boot from it. That should solve most issues if something has gone wrong with your system files.
