Thoughts on My PC Build?

I'm planning to build my first PC and would love some feedback on the parts I've chosen. Here's the list: [PCPartPicker Build List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4x4Ynp). Are there any particular components that I should consider changing or that don't make much sense?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend going with that build. Here's a better alternative I put together: [PCPartPicker Alternative List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cTWJYd). I've put together an Intel setup that should perform well while saving you quite a bit. For example, the Ryzen 7 9800X3D is excellent for gaming and multitasking. Also, going with a more budget-friendly cooler like the Thermalright Peerless could really help. You’d still get a solid experience without breaking the bank.

This is a way better list indeed!

The motherboard selection sounds a bit overkill. Unless you need a specific feature from the X870, the B850 would do just fine. Also, while the NZXT cooler looks great, you might want to save some cash as the performance won't really exceed other options like the Arctic 3. Plus, unless you’re moving tons of 4K files, a Gen 4 SSD should suffice instead of the pricey Gen 5. Lastly, reconsider that video card; it’s quite expensive compared to better options out there. Do you really need Windows 11 Pro or would standard suffice?

I get that! I'm also new to this and just picking parts based on looks and brand tech. Tips like these help a ton!

Same here! I’m sticking to a budget of around $2500 and really want to keep the cooler and case aesthetic in white.
