I'm currently using a 3060 GPU and a Ryzen 7 5700 in my desktop, which is about 3 years old and still runs well. I'm considering waiting for the release of the RTX 5070 Super series by the end of 2026, but I'm worried that prices may soar before then. I'm also contemplating getting an RTX 5060 Ti with 16 GB right now, but I'm aware that stock may dwindle or prices could spike. Should I buy the GPU and RAM now, or is it better to wait?

If you're thinking about the RTX 5070 Super for 2026, keep in mind that by then, the 60 series will be out. You could snag a 5070 Ti below MSRP right now if you check around!
I recently read that manufacturers are ramping up RAM production. There’s a chance prices could stabilize or drop—might be worth checking out that article I saw!
For sure go for the GPU! There's definitely a real shortage happening and prices are being driven up. As for RAM, I'm cautiously optimistic it might drop a bit post-holidays, but I'd advise you to act fast!
Yeah, same here. Honestly, I've got a bad feeling about RAM prices; they seem to be only going up.
Honestly, now's the best time to buy. Prices are at a low point and aren’t expected to stay this way for much longer!
Speculation doesn’t get you far; things change too quickly to rely on projections. Just make your moves wisely!
Dude, just buy everything now! Prices are only going to keep climbing from here.

I don't think RAM prices will dip anytime soon—I've already seen a $60 increase in my area in just two weeks! They're running low on stock too.
