I'm building my first gaming PC and I'm aiming for a mid-tier to budget range build. I'm specifically looking for GPU suggestions priced between $400 and $650 that would work well for gaming at 1440P. I typically enjoy playing RPGs, so I'd appreciate any recommendations you have!

Try the RTX 5070 if you're looking for a smooth and reliable gaming experience.

If you're after the best performance, the 90 series cards are top-notch. Look into the 5060 ti 16GB or the 5070 as options as well.

I recommend the 9070 or 9070XT. They're great options and worth considering for your setup.

For your budget, the 9060XT 16GB and both the 9070 and 9070XT are solid choices. The 5070ti is unfortunately out of your price range, and the 5070 with 12GB isn't usually the best value compared to the 9070 options.

Check out the PNY 5070 Ti at Walmart for $699! It's a great deal if you can find it.
