Hey folks, I'm pretty new to building PCs and ran into an issue after trying to upgrade my RAM. I removed the old RAM but then got distracted by a call to download a game, so I decided to put the old RAM back in instead. Now, my PC won't boot. Is this a common issue, or have I accidentally broken something?

You might want to double-check the slot placements. I thought they were supposed to be next to each other too, but the slots often alternate. It could just be that they aren't in the right position.
Did you make sure the RAM is seated properly? Sometimes it helps to really push it down until you hear a click. Also, check if you installed it in the correct slots. Generally, the right pairs are 1-3 for one set and 2-4 for the other.
