Is My PC Build Good Enough?

I put together my PC build, and I'm wondering if it's solid or if there's something I should change. Here's the list of parts I'm using: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, a free MSI liquid cooler, Asus B650E MAX GAMING motherboard, Kingston FURY Beast RGB 32GB RAM, an ASRock Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB video card, Corsair 4000D case, and a 1000W MSI power supply, bringing the total to around $1576. I already have NVMe storage that I'm transferring from another rig. I think my case looks cool, but if it turns out to be bad, I'd appreciate any feedback. I previously shared this and just got some harsh comments, so I'm hoping for some constructive advice. Am I going to regret this setup?

The parts you picked seem great! And yes, the cooler came for free—nice deal! Are you feeling good about the choice of motherboard?

Yup! Newegg deal.

Your build looks solid! The only minor issue I see is with the power supply. A 1000W PSU is a bit more than you’ll need. An 850W would be sufficient and save you about $20. Don’t worry too much about what others say; they might just be jealous of your good setup!

Thanks! I'm bringing my Samsung 990 Pro, so I didn't buy more storage right now.

Overall, I think your choice of a 1000W PSU is smart, especially since the 9070 XT can pull around 600W. You’ll definitely regret not getting more power if you decide to upgrade in the future. Don’t sweat it!

I always prefer to play it safe with power supplies! I remember when everything was 80+ bronze rated, so I like to assume they can't perform close to their max.

Honestly, while it’s a good setup, I’d suggest looking into a different motherboard. The one you picked has a history of overheating VRMs. Consider the B850 Gaming X instead. For the cooler, maybe switch to the ID620; it's budget-friendly and reliable.

Thanks for the recommendation!
