Every time I boot up my PC, I notice my CPU temperature exceeds 90 degrees Celsius. I'm also getting an error message about CPU fan speed. When I start my PC, the fans on my liquid cooler spin very slowly for a moment before stopping, and I can't hear any liquid flowing through the cooler. Here are my specs: CPU is an Intel Core i9-14900KS, and I'm using an Arctic Liquid Freezer 240 cooler along with an ASUS PRIME B760-PLUS D4 motherboard.

It sounds like there might be an issue with your pump or its connections. If it's not set up correctly or if the pump is malfunctioning, that could definitely cause overheating.
Make sure to check your BIOS settings. You should see an RPM reading for the fan header where your pump is connected. Sometimes, with AIO coolers, both the fans and pump are linked to one header. If that's the case, try connecting the pump directly to a separate header instead of using a splitter.

I can't even get into BIOS right now because my PC shuts down right after booting. I might be able to check that later.
