I'm trying to decide on a GPU for gaming on my 4K TV. I'm considering three options: 1) RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB for €450, 2) RTX 5070 with 12GB for €580, and 3) RTX 5070 Ti with 16GB for €820. Given these choices, which one do you think would be best? Also, will any of these GPUs handle gaming well on a 4K TV?

It really depends on what TV you have. If it's 4K with 120Hz and VRR support, the RTX 5070 Ti is your best bet out of these options, though higher models like the 4090 would definitely outperform it.

They are great, but considering my budget, is it worth it to play on a TV, or should I just stick to a monitor?

For 4K gaming, the RTX 5070 Ti is the minimum you'd want. The VRAM can be a concern with the 12GB version for newer titles. To future-proof your setup, go for the card with the most VRAM you can afford!

Is it worth the investment? Also, any thoughts on input lag with this setup?

Definitely go for the 5070 Ti if you're gaming at 4K! It's a solid choice for most gamers. However, if you're only doing 1080p, you might want to consider if the extra cost is justified.

I've been wondering the same thing! If I stick with 1080p, is the 5070 Ti still the best option for the price?

Check out some benchmarks! The RTX 5070 is significantly stronger than the 5060 Ti, and while the 5070 Ti is more expensive, it’s worth it for gaming at high res, especially with 16GB VRAM which will become more valuable down the line.

You nailed my thoughts! I was leaning toward the 5070, but then I got worried about the 12GB VRAM. The 5070 Ti is definitely pricier, though. Should I just use my PC for a monitor and maybe get a PS5 for the TV?
