What CPU Upgrade Should I Choose for My PC?

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU to alleviate some bottlenecking issues I'm experiencing with my GPU, which is causing frame freezes and stutters during gaming. Right now, I'm using a Ryzen 5 2600X and considering the Ryzen 5 5600 as my budget option (under $150). My motherboard is an A320M PRO-VH Plus, and I need to stick with AM4 as I can't afford an AM5 setup. Does the 5600 sound like a good choice, or is there a better option for my situation? Here are my current specs: 32GB DDR4 RAM, RX 9060 XT 16GB GPU, 800W PSU, and a 1080p monitor.

You might want to look into the Ryzen 5 5800X or the 5700X3D, but keep in mind those can get pricey and might overheat on your current motherboard under heavy loads.

Wow, those chips sound tempting, but they might push me over budget once I factor in a new cooler too!

The Ryzen 5 5600 is your best bet if you're looking for good value and compatibility with your existing setup. Going any higher might cause your motherboard to struggle with overheating. It's a solid choice for reducing frame stuttering too!

Yeah, I've been leaning towards the 5600. I hope it really helps fix those stutters!
