Hey everyone! I'm trying to install Wine vanilla version 10.18 on my Steam Deck, but I'm a bit lost. I'm looking at a GitHub page with various options, but there are like 12 different things to choose from. Can anyone guide me on what I specifically need to install?

You might want to check if Proton is already installed on your Steam Deck. Proton works kind of like Wine and is great for running games. Normally, you'd find Wine in your package manager, but since this is a Steam Deck, Proton might be your best bet for most games.
I need a straight-up version of Wine for a specific Lutris game, though. Proton won't cut it this time.
