I've been looking to upgrade my RAM, but with the current shortage, prices are crazy! In Italy, a 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30 that usually costs around €130 is now over €350. My only reasonable option right now is a 32GB DDR5-6200 CL36 for about €200. Given that I'll be pairing it with a 7800X3D processor, which can have issues with speeds above 6000MHz, is this RAM worth the investment?

Honestly, you won't notice much difference at all. It doesn't really suck, and given today's RAM prices, grab what you can at a decent price. Timing differences won't affect gaming performance noticeably.
I’ve been using CL36 RAM for nearly two years with no issues. Given how insane RAM prices are right now, just go for the reasonably priced option. Most gamers won't see a noticeable impact.
Don't overthink this! DDR5-6200 CL36 is fine, and it's really not a big deal at all in practice for gaming. Just ensure your BIOS is up to date for best compatibility.
You can manually set it to 6000MHz if you're concerned, and the difference between CL30 and CL36 really isn't significant, especially with the X3D CPU. You might only see something like a 1 FPS difference, which is negligible for gaming.
