I'm interested in starting to contribute to KRO and wanted to know if it will be part of Google Summer of Code 2026. Has anyone heard anything about this?

I checked out KRO and it seems like a fresh take on things similar to what Helm does. I’m not sure why we’d need to switch, honestly—looks like it’s just replacing Helm, and I didn’t see anything that would really cut down the workload. Can anyone clarify if I'm missing something?
I’m a big fan of KRO! I really believe it’s going to be a tool that everyone will use in the future. It simplifies the release of resource groups, like AcmeApplication, with smoother day 2 support. Definitely dive in and start contributing!
