I tried to free up space on my C drive by deleting some files, but I ended up removing almost everything, including important program files. Now, I can't find the option to reset my PC. I've attempted to troubleshoot by holding Shift + L during startup, but all the options just lead to a black screen. Can anyone suggest how to reset my PC at this point? I'd really appreciate any help!

Honestly, the built-in reset feature can really mess things up in situations like yours. I’d recommend doing a clean install of Windows instead. It’ll clear everything and give you a fresh start.
If your system is really broken, the best bet is to download a Windows ISO on another computer. Use a tool like Rufus or Balena Etcher to create a bootable USB and then reinstall Windows from that.
