Struggling with a Clean Install of Windows 11, Need Help!

I'm attempting to do a clean installation of Windows 11 on my PC using a new Samsung 980 EVO SSD. I've removed my old SSD and HDD, updated the BIOS settings to UEFI, and even tried repairing the installation, but it's not recognizing the Windows install from the USB. Instead, it either boots straight into the BIOS or attempts to boot in what I suspect is legacy mode, resulting in errors like 'missing operating system.' I've spent hours on this, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated! By the way, I've also checked my system compatibility and BIOS settings using ChatGPT Pro, and everything seems good.

Make sure that you have Secure Boot and TPM enabled in your BIOS. It’s also important to format your drive to GPT using Diskpart. After you install, you should see Windows Boot Manager in the boot order. Instead of changing the boot order in BIOS, I recommend using the hotkey at the startup for selecting the boot device. And double-check that under UEFI, CSM/Legacy is disabled to see if the Windows Boot Manager option appears.

There’s a chance your installer might be faulty. I usually download the Windows 11 ISO and use RUFUS to format and flash it onto the USB. It provides options for things like disabling online activation and Bitlocker, which can simplify the process.
