I recently got a Raritan Dominion KX-ii (model DKX2-432) for free with a rack purchase, and while it works well otherwise, I can't seem to connect it to my network. The previous owner mentioned that it was used over a network, but I've been unable to replicate that. I've tried setting up the network settings from the local user interface, including options for a static IP, DHCP, and messing with the automatic failover. I've also experimented with auto-negotiation settings as well as manually setting the speed and duplex configurations (10/100/1000Mb, full and half duplex) on both the KVM and my switch. Despite my efforts, I can't get the device to connect—I find it strange that even when I set a manual IP, the device IP address field remains blank. A factory reset didn't help either. I'm wondering if anyone here has had similar issues or can offer tips on setting up Raritan KVMs? Thanks!

Have you tried connecting a PC directly to the LAN port with an IP address in the same range? This could help pinpoint where the issue lies.
Does your model have two ports—LAN1 and LAN2? If so, note that they're for failover purposes and only LAN1 is typically active by default. You might want to check that you're using the correct port for your setup.
