I'm on the hunt for a new GPU and my budget is roughly around $900, but I might be able to stretch it a bit. Currently, I have a 6900 XT but am considering upgrading to a 9070 XT. I'm primarily looking for the best card available in my price range. I'm planning to upgrade my CPU to a 9800 X3D soon, and I currently have 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, although I'd like to move to DDR5 in the future, but the prices for that are quite high. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to check out the 5070 Ti with 16 GB; it should fit your budget nicely. If you're willing to push it a bit, the 5080 with 16 GB is also a solid option, but it might go a tad over your budget. It's really about what you want!
