How to Fix No Connectivity Issues on My New Motherboard?

I recently bought a used Ryzen 9 3900 processor and paired it with an MSI MPG X570 Gaming and WiFi motherboard. After reinstalling Windows a few times and going through multiple BIOS updates (which caused issues once), I managed to get my PC up and running. However, now I'm struggling with connectivity issues—no internet and no Bluetooth. I've spent several days trying to fix this, and I'm feeling pretty frustrated. I've downloaded and installed the necessary drivers from the MSI website, but nothing seems to be working. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

If you're still having problems, it’s worth checking if the WiFi card is recognized properly in Device Manager. Sometimes, the settings in BIOS can affect functionality. If there’s an option to set Bluetooth and WiFi to Auto, try toggling those settings. You mentioned you've reset the CMOS and done a BIOS Flashback, which is good. Have you tried using a different WiFi network or a USB WiFi adapter just to rule out hardware issues?

It sounds like you’ve put in a lot of work on this already! Just to clarify, is the only issue you’re facing the lack of WiFi and Bluetooth? Double-check the card installation and ensure the antennas are connected properly. Also, look in the BIOS to make sure WiFi and Bluetooth aren't disabled. Since you’ve done so much already, I'd recommend doing a hard CMOS reset, then access the BIOS and reset it to factory settings. After that, you can configure it from scratch. By the way, did the WiFi ever work? It's possible the card might be defective since it was used.
