Why is my Xbox screen not fitting my TCL TV?

I'm having a frustrating issue with my Xbox screen not fitting properly on my TCL Fire TV model Q35F 40 series. I've checked all the settings related to picture and display, and I've set my Xbox to 1080p, which matches my TV's resolution. I've tried changing HDMI ports, but nothing seems to help. I've also looked into display settings, but most options either don't help or make the problem worse. I'm really at a loss here, any advice?

If adjusting the settings doesn’t fix it, you might want to test your Xbox on a different display. If it still has the same issue, it could indicate a problem with the HDMI port on your Xbox.

I just got this TV yesterday, and it's brand new. I've checked everything but the options for the picture size are really limited. I feel like I must be missing some setting, but I don’t know where else to look!

Have you tried adjusting the picture settings? Look for options like screen fit, full, or scan aspect ratio. If that doesn’t work, you might want to consider a factory reset on your TV to see if it helps.
