Best GPU for Gaming, Game Development, and AI Generation?

I'm in the process of upgrading my rig and have a solid idea of what I'm looking for, but I'm feeling a bit conflicted. I'm not a fan of the 50 series due to their frame generation feature, which feels somewhat deceptive to me. While I know it's not a dealbreaker, it still bothers me. I'm also hesitant about Radeon because of their software limitations. My main requirements are a GPU with at least 24GB of VRAM and compatibility for a water block installation. Currently, I'm leaning towards the 4090 series despite it being discontinued. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

You know, you don’t necessarily have to use the frame generation if you’d rather not. I find it useful for single-player games, but I wouldn't use it in competitive settings. The 3090 Ti also offers 24GB of VRAM if you're interested in that route, but the 4090 is still a strong option if you want to avoid the 50 series. Just take your pick based on your gaming style!

I've heard a lot of people say that you can 'turn it off', but are you referring to FSR or the neural rendering feature? I keep getting mixed answers on whether that’s possible or if they just mean FSR. Thanks for the insight!
