Hey folks! I recently made the switch from an RX 6600 XT to an RTX 5070, but I keep running into crashes whenever I try to play a game. Before I swapped the cards, I used DDU to uninstall the old drivers and installed the new Nvidia drivers without internet access. I'm a bit concerned about how I connected the cables to the adapter for the 5070. My PSU is the MPG A650GF, which has three VGA slots labeled VGA 1, VGA 1, and VGA 2. According to the instructions on MSI's website, I should use the VGA 1 and VGA 2 slots when connecting two power connectors, but I'm not sure if that applies to my adapter setup. I initially tried connecting both 8-pin cables to the two VGA 1 slots, and it seemed like the crashes stopped, but then I was stuck at 60fps with no way to change it, likely due to a setting in the Nvidia control panel that defaulted the refresh rate to 60Hz. To be cautious, I switched the cables back to VGA 1 and VGA 2, but the crashes are happening again. I've checked all the cables and connectors, and they look fine. Can anyone help me figure out what might be going wrong?

It doesn't seem like the power supply is the issue here. The RTX 50 series has been known to have some driver problems. I recommend making sure you have the latest drivers installed. If that doesn't work, consider rolling back to an earlier version.

I actually tried reinstalling the latest drivers multiple times, including clean installs with DDU. I can't seem to find a way to download older drivers either.
