I'm looking for help on how to remove Fedora from a separate SSD on my laptop. I've seen a bunch of YouTube videos on removing Linux when it's on the same drive as Windows, but mine is set up differently, and I'm worried about messing things up. My friend initially installed Linux for me, and now I want to clear that SSD to make room for other apps and games. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

You can simply format the drive where Linux is installed. Just make sure you're on the right SSD, and it should be straightforward!
The steps are pretty similar even if Linux is on a different drive. You just need to go to Disk Management, find that SSD, delete the Linux partition, and then create a new NTFS partition. That should do the trick!
What others mentioned is spot on. If it's just a single partition, format it to NTFS. But if you have multiple partitions, it might be worth deleting them all and creating one big NTFS partition. And seriously, don't forget to back up anything important before you start messing with partitions!

Just a heads up, it might be wise to apply a new partition table after formatting, since formatting alone only clears individual partitions.
