I'm trying to figure out how to control my case fan's RGB lighting through software. I know it's possible because I've seen it in games like Cyberpunk 2077 where the lights can sync or be turned off, but I'm not sure where to start. I'm using MSI software, which I think is called Mystic Light, and it has a game sync feature, but I'm struggling to get it to work for my fans.

Are you asking about speed or color control? For fan speed, there's usually a fan controller app where you can customize the curves based on temperature. As for color, you'll need to check your motherboard brand, since different ones have different software for RGB control.
But no software is detecting my fans!
