I just got a Keychron K10 Max and noticed that one of the switches has a bent pin. After trying to straighten it gently with pliers, it still doesn't look perfect. The switch appears to work fine, but I'm worried about the pin breaking off or possibly damaging the PCB in the long run. Should I continue using this switch?

I wouldn’t take the chance with that bent pin. It’s best to swap it out for a switch from a less used key and just get a replacement. You definitely don't want to risk damaging your keyboard by forcing that pin into place. Make sure when you pull switches that you're using the right tool to compress both retention tabs and pull straight up. And when installing, ensure it’s lined up correctly and press straight down.
If you’re worried, don’t use it! But honestly, I’ve fixed many bent pins and they usually work fine. I had a switch where the pin came out crooked and it’s still going strong. Just be gentle with it; you might try straightening it again with some smooth pliers, and maybe use a popsicle stick or something rigid to help keep everything in place as you work.
Nah, don’t stress! Just kidding—don’t use that thing as it could ‘explode!’ But seriously, i’d advise against using it as is. Any chance you could get a replacement switch without needing a whole pack? It’s not worth the risk of something breaking.
