Which RTX 5070 Ti Should I Choose: GIGABYTE or ASUS?

I'm trying to decide between two RTX 5070 Ti graphics cards: the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5070 Ti WINDFORCE OC SFF 16G and the ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB. Price isn't an issue for me, but performance is key. I don't care about RGB lighting; I just want to know which one is better for gaming. If you have other recommendations, I'm open to those as well!

Just grab the cheapest one available! Sometimes saving costs is just as good.

I've been using ASUS cards without any issues since EVGA stopped making them. They're cool and quiet, perfect for gaming!

The ASUS TUF is the better choice, but if you find an MSI around the same price, definitely go for it. GIGABYTE has had some problems with their PCBs, and their thermal solutions can be iffy, while MSI generally has solid builds.

If cost isn't a concern, pick the one that you think looks best since they mostly perform similarly. The ASUS might have some support issues, but hey, you could always replace it if needed.

Yeah, the GIGABYTE has some reports of hotspot issues, so that might be a dealbreaker for you if you want reliability.

I'd go with the ASUS TUF here. It has better cooling and durability, plus longer-lasting thermal paste. The GIGABYTE version is compact, which limits its cooling ability, so unless you have space constraints, I’d skip it. Also, check out the MSI Gaming Trio if it fits your budget; it could be comparable to the ASUS TUF.

Thanks for the insight!

Honestly, if you can, just opt for the 5090 instead. But if you're set on the 5070 Ti, steer clear of the GIGABYTE—it's gotten a lot of negative feedback and generally performs worse compared to the ASUS and MSI models. Just my two cents!

Haha, I’ll keep that in mind!
