Is My PC Build Balanced? Need Final Advice on Parts Before Purchase

I'm looking for some final thoughts on my PC parts list before I make my purchases. I've reused a couple of parts from my previous build, including the Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact TG cabinet, a Corsair Hydro Series H60 CPU cooler, and a Corsair RM750x 750W power supply. For both AMD and Intel setups, I've narrowed down my options for RAM to either Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz or G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo DDR5, both with 32GB (2x16). I'm considering a Gainward GeForce RTX 5070 Python III GPU.

For the CPU, I'm torn between Intel and AMD. For Intel, I'm looking at the ASUS ROG STRIX B760-F GAMING WIFI motherboard paired with the Intel Core i7-14700KF. For AMD, I'm considering the ASUS TUF GAMING B850-PLUS WIFI motherboard with the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D.

I have a few questions:
1. Do you think this build is balanced? I don't want the GPU to completely outshine the CPU.
2. Is the Corsair H60 CPU cooler bracket for LGA1150 compatible with either the LGA1700 or AM5 socket?
3. Finally, I could use some advice on whether to go with AMD or Intel.

This build will mainly be used for gaming (like Cyberpunk, CS2, and Subnautica) and music production in FL Studio. I have two 1080p monitors and want to maintain stable 60 fps, ideally with settings from medium to ultra. In the future, I plan to upgrade at least one monitor to 1440p. I did check PCPartPicker, but it didn't have some of the parts I'm considering.

I'd definitely recommend going with AMD for this build! It's usually more cost-effective, especially since you mentioned that the price difference isn't major where you are. What's your total budget and where are you located?

I think you might want to rethink the Intel 1300 and 1400 series CPUs. There have been some concerns about overvoltage leading to CPU degradation. Are you considering just sticking with the i7-14700KF, or are you open to looking at other models? I know that ordering older parts can be tricky in Norway, but it's worth keeping your options open for something reliable.
