I'm having issues with my Liquid Freezer III 360 A-RGB software. It was functioning perfectly fine when I first built my computer earlier this year. My setup includes a Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite motherboard, a Ryzen 9700X CPU, G.Skill Trident 32GB RAM, an AMD 7900X GPU, and a Seasonic Focus GX-1000 PSU. However, now when I open the Arctic RGB control master, it says 'device not connected'. Refreshing the list doesn't help either – it still says the same thing. According to the settings, my software version is the latest one, 1.21.04.20A. When I try to restore factory settings, Windows 11 identifies it as a severe threat and blocks it. I really want to change the RGB settings, but I can't control the fan or pump settings at all now. I'm considering switching to a tower air cooler if Arctic isn't going to support this all-in-one cooler.

You might want to try adjusting the fan and pump speeds directly in the BIOS. I also had an issue with my Liquid Freezer not being recognized, but I managed to use SignalRGB to get my lights working again. It was a lifesaver!
Sometimes, the software can be a bit finicky. If you're not a fan of SignalRGB, you might want to explore other RGB control software options or check if there's a firmware update for your unit. Good luck!

Thanks for the tip! I did try SignalRGB, but honestly, it's a bit overwhelming. I’m starting to consider switching to an air cooler since this AIO has been pretty unreliable since I installed it.
