Help Needed: My New PC Won’t Boot!

I just built a new PC, and I'm struggling to get it to boot. Here are my specs: CPU: Ryzen 9 9950x, Motherboard: B850 Aorus Elite Wifi7, GPU: RTX 5070ti, RAM: T-Create DDR5 6000 (16x4), Cooler: Cooler Master Elite Liquid 360, PSU: Corsair RMx 850, Case: Fractal North XL. I've tried everything I can think of but still can't get it to show any signs of life. I've updated the BIOS, checked for shorting on the motherboard, tested each RAM stick in all slots, reset and even replaced the CMOS battery. The DRAM debug light stays solid red, and the system refuses to power on. The power supply seems to be working since I got the fans to spin once, but it shut down shortly after. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I tried booting with just the essentials: CPU, motherboard, and one stick of RAM, but still got nothing. It's important to rule out any components that might be causing the problem.

Have you made sure everything is properly installed? If not, I recommend fully disassembling and then reassembling the build outside of the case, using the motherboard box as a platform for a test. That way, you can eliminate any case-related issues.
