Is My NVMe SSD Failing, and Can It Be Fixed?

I've been experiencing long system hangs for the past couple of days, and even after a full restart, I haven't encountered a bluescreen yet. However, my Event Viewer is showing a lot of warnings and errors. I'm seeing Warning Id129: 'Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort1, was issued,' and Error Id7: 'The device, \Device\Harddisk4\DR4, has a bad block.'

I ran a 15-hour scan with Victoria, which revealed 3,835 warnings and 513 errors. Other drives in the system showed barely any warnings and no errors.

I'm worried that my Lexar SSD NVME NM610PRO 1TB might be on its last legs. Are there any potential fixes or is it likely done for? I haven't tried anything yet.

Sorry to hear about the issues with your SSD. It sounds like you might need to look into your system's crash dumps for further analysis. If you can boot into Windows normally or through Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any crash logs. You can zip those up and share them on a file sharing site to get some help on this. Having a couple of dump files will give a clearer insight into what's going wrong!

Definitely follow that advice and upload the dump files. Those can really help diagnose the problem!

Things aren't looking great for your SSD. Have you checked the drive's health using Crystal Disk Info? That should give you a better idea of its condition.

I did check, and it shows 98% health, but the temperature is at 56 degrees Celsius, while my other drives are below 40. Do you think that could be a factor?
