I'm trying to decide between Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory and Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6400 CL30 Memory to pair with my AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, which has a clock speed of 4.7 GHz. Will either option run better or be more compatible? I've linked my full spec list for reference, but I'm primarily concerned about whether I should invest in the higher 6400MHz RAM or stick with the 6000MHz variant.

Actually, the 6000MHz will generally perform better since the Ryzen 7 9800X3D is officially rated for 5600MHz. It’s a good idea to balance performance with reliability, especially since higher speeds can sometimes lead to other issues. Just so you know, most of the latest AMD CPUs are tuned for 5600MHz, while Intel ones often handle 6400MHz. But if you're worried about performance-related failures, play it safe with the 6000MHz!
From what I've read, the 6400MHz RAM might actually perform slightly slower than the 6000MHz with your 9800X3D unless you tweak some BIOS settings. Most of the time, you'll find both options give you performance within just 1% of each other on this CPU. If price is a factor, going for 5600MHz, which is usually cheaper, could work just as well without noticeable impacts on performance.

Yeah, I definitely don’t want to risk more performance if it means the RAM could fail. Thanks for the clarification!
