Corey Quin has a fantastic newsletter! He focuses on AWS, and he's pretty much a big name in the AWS DevOps scene.
You should definitely check out devops.com, The New Stack, and Thoughts on Cloud. They cover a broad range of DevOps topics, trends, and best practices without all the unnecessary fluff.
