I'm looking to upgrade my PC with a 9070 XT but I want to keep my current motherboard. Can anyone recommend a solid AM4 CPU that will work well with the 9070 XT, ideally in the $300-$350 range? I want to make sure I don't run into any bottleneck issues. Thanks!

The 5600 is definitely worth considering if you're budget-conscious. It's known to deliver fantastic performance for its price. But if you're looking for something a bit more powerful, keep an eye out for the 5700X3D; if you can snag it between $200-$250, that's a steal!
If you can find one, the 5700X3D is a great match for the 9070 XT. Otherwise, the 5800X is also a solid choice and should keep your GPU performing well without bottlenecking.
You might be able to find a used 5800X3D around $225, which would be a fantastic buy. I picked one up for that price about a year ago, but deals like that are getting rare, so act fast!
What resolution do you usually play at? Also, what are you currently using for your CPU and motherboard? That info might help narrow down the best option for you.
