Need Help with a Video Editing and Gaming PC Build

I'm planning to build a PC for both 4K video editing and gaming, mainly using Premiere Pro. I'm considering a setup with a 9950X3D CPU paired with a 5070 Ti graphics card and 64GB of RAM. I'm hoping to grab used RAM to keep costs down. My current GPU is a 3060, and I'm coming from a 5700X. Is this a good choice budget-wise for my intended use? My budget is between $2,300 and $2,700, and I've already got storage sorted out. Any critiques or suggestions on my build would be greatly appreciated!

The 9950X3D is definitely a solid choice, especially if you're serious about your editing tasks. But if you don't need the extra power, you might consider the 9900X3D to save some cash. For RAM, I went with a 64GB 6000 CL38 kit, which is cheaper and performs well enough for most workloads. Here's my build if you're interested!

That RAM sounds good! Lower CL can be helpful, but if you're mostly stabilizing and exporting footage without heavy effects, you should be fine. Just make sure to prioritize a smooth editing experience.

If you're mainly editing rather than gaming, the 9950X3D might be a bit overkill unless you’re making money off your edits. The 9900X3D would still give you great performance, especially for the price. Also, that ASUS TUF 5070 Ti OC might be quieter when gaming—definitely worth considering!

Yeah, I'm leaning toward the ASUS for the noise levels and reliability. I just want a good balance of performance for gaming and editing without breaking the bank.
