I'm currently upgrading my computer and running into a frustrating problem. Initially, I had a GTX 1650 Super, a B540 motherboard, a 650W power supply, and 16GB of RAM (2 sticks of 8GB). I've replaced the motherboard with a B550 and upgraded the GPU to an RX 9060 XT, but now my monitor is showing 'no signal'. I've gone through all the basic troubleshooting steps that I found online. I even replaced the GPU thinking it was the source of the problem, but I'm still stuck. The VRAM light turned on at one point, but after reseating and cleaning, that light is off yet the issue persists.

I actually didn't try going back to the old GPU, but the problem seems to have resolved itself. I've done a few more adjustments, and I'm not entirely sure which one helped, but everything's working now!
Have you thought about swapping back to your previous GPU? It might help to figure out if the new one is the issue.
First things first, make sure your monitor is connected to the GPU instead of the motherboard. Also, check that the power cables are fully plugged into the GPU. Sometimes loose connections can lead to these issues.
